 Sopapilla Cheesecake - Spread 1 can crescent rolls on bottom of pan. Combine 2 pks. of softened cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla. Spread mixture over crescent rolls. Unroll and spread another can of crescent rolls over mixture. Spread 1/4 cup melted butter over top, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. just to let her know. my mom has fallen ill. so i have to stay here. i have to check in on her like i just got through doing just now. so i am letting her know this the other chick reading this right now who cannot nor will speak to me since my offenses are just so bad off they can never be forgiven. i bet she real happy right now too.
